- We use the PayPal secure online payment system. If you do
not have a PayPal account we accept most major credit cards. You will be
given this choice when you Proceed to Checkout after clicking the View Cart
button.
- When you View your Cart, you will see our business name William Bock
Fine Art LLC at the top of each checkout
page.

Order Confirmation |

- When you complete checkout, an email invoice from PayPal will be sent to
the address you entered during checkout.
- When your order ships, an email notification from PayPal will be sent
to the address you entered during checkout.
Tracking information will be included when available.
- If we have any questions about your order or if an item is on
backorder, we will email you from

to let you know the status.

Shipping Destination Restrictions |
|
- We ship only to destinations in the Continental United States. If
you place an order to any other destination, the item(s) may not be sent
and your payment will be refunded. Please call if you need to arrange for
shipping elsewhere.

Shipping Cost and Tracking |
|
- Shipping costs are shown with each item in the online store.
- State sales tax will be automatically added on all shipments to Florida.
- We ship only to destinations in the Continental United States.
- Our preferred shipping method is USPS (US postal service) First Class, or
Priority Mail.
- Orders less than $50 are shipped USPS First Class Mail with
delivery confirmation.
- Orders of $50 - $199 are shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery
confirmation.
- Orders of $200 and greater are shipped USPS Priority Mail with insurance
and signature confirmation.
- The USPS delivery confirmation number will be supplied by email when
order ships.
- We reserve the right to use a different shipping carrier such as UPS
but most shipments are by US Mail. You will be notified by email of the
shipping details when the order ships

Packaging |
|
- Smaller artwork is shipped flat in a protective wrapping and padded
between sheets of museum board or foam core.
- Larger artwork is shipped rolled with protective paper in cardboard
tubes.
- Other items, such as mugs and puzzles, are shipped padded in standard cardboard shipping boxes.

Return Policy |
|
- If you are not satisfied with your order, please return it promptly
for a full refund.
- All returns must be postmarked no more than 10 days after you
receive them.
- If the shipment is damaged, please report the damage to the carrier at
the time you accept the package.
- Items must be in original condition when returned. Artwork can be
easily damaged and should be held by the edges only. We can not give
refunds for damaged artwork unless the damage was reported to the carrier
upon delivery.
- We can not pay for return shipping costs.
