About the Artist:
Born in Chicago, William Bradford Bock studied at Indiana University where he
received his Bachelor of Arts Degree. He received his Masters of Fine Arts at
the Maryland Institute of Art in Baltimore in 1987. Following graduation, he
apprenticed at the Johnson Atelier in Princeton, NJ.
While in Princeton, Bock exhibited his paintings and sculpture at AT&T, Bristol
Meyer & Squibb, the Hillier Group, the Johnson Atelier, Merrill Lynch, the
Nassau Club, and The Williams Gallery as well as the Salmagundi Club in NYC.
In 1994 Bock moved to South Florida to surround himself with the landscape that
inspires his work. William Bock possesses an innovated style that revolves
around his love of nature. Descended from a long line of artists, he is
referenced in the Blue Book of American Artists. His murals and paintings
enhance corporation collections, museums and the homes of private collectors
throughout Florida, the United States and abroad.
